At Matcha Minerals, each order is prepared with care and intention. Larger or heavier pieces may ship with upgraded carriers to ensure safe arrival. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Matcha Minerals is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Matcha Minerals is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, Matcha Minerals is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
